Thank you for making this brave and courageous decision of seeking mental health treatment. Psychotherapy is not for the weak and crazy, the only requirement is to be human, especially when life demands and circumstances make it so difficult to live in harmony. Your time in my office will be an opportunity to identify stressors and explore the source of your conflict, but also to connect with your inner self and master new lifestyles. I will use a wide range of psychological techniques to help you, your partner or family resolve your addiction, trauma, interpersonal conflict, or emotional/behavioral problem.
We will start with an assessment that includes your physical, mental, and social background. This will help me understand who you are. I will assist you in making educated decisions as your treatment evolves, and guide you through the process of changes: Develop awareness, enhance your strengths, and achieve stability.
I believe in the power of therapy and making it affordable and accessible to all. I am able to adjust my fees to meet your current needs and ensure that money doesn't interfere treatment. Spanish: Me crié en Venezuela y hablo Castellano. Puedo realizar tratamiento completamente en Español!

The goal of this approach is to increase your confidence, self-esteem and sense of inner personal power or OK'ness. You will cultivate cognitive awareness and learn mindfulness techniques to address your daily lifestyle. PAAM is neuroplasticity-in-action, meaning that the more connections between neurons are formed, the more we grow and develop. As those connection get stronger, the less we have to think about what we're doing... even during adulthood.
