Thanks for looking at my profile. I'll try to be clear and direct to help you decide if you believe we'd work well together. I am a down-to-earth counselor with a sincere desire to help, but I'm not for everyone. If you're looking for someone to tell you how to live or give you a one-size-fits-all, quick-fix for your problems, I'm not for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for someone to build a trusting relationship with and explore hard to break habits, difficult patterns in relationships, seemingly endless struggles with anxiety or depression, or insecurities that have been plaguing you for years, I'd be a better fit.
I provide psychotherapy and psychoanalysis and we can discuss these when we meet. I do accept Medicaid, but not private insurance, though I'm happy to help you through the Out of Network process. And it's important to me that finances not be an insurmountable barrier to getting the treatment you need. Let's talk and see if we can work something out.
I currently don't have any openings for new people. I do individual therapy only, not couples or family. I’m also available for consultation or supervision with other clinicians, especially those interested in Psychodynamics or Psychoanalysis. If you're curious about this please reach out.
