As a licensed therapist, I offer my genuineness and openness in helping adults having emotional burdens and feeling overwhelmed with the uncertainty of life stressors, including situational crisis. I have over 15 years of providing licensed therapy. I help people with life crises, such as marriage conflicts, workplace, career, family dynamics, low self-esteem and peer relationship issues.
In addition to a clinical counseling license, I hold a degree in Organizational Communication. I have a specialty assisting individuals having: workplace stressors, interpersonal conflicts, making career transitions, power dynamics, hiring, supervisory positions and interpersonal communication challenges. I have a background in professional communication.
Many people experience burnout, fatigue, exhaustion, difficulty managing stress and daily tiredness. People experience symptoms such as depression, anxiety, ADD, risk of substance relapse, and have low distress tolerance, including problems managing frustrations and anger management issues. I offer clinical counseling to address these issues and more.
