Jungian Analysis is a deep psychotherapeutic approach to understanding yourself, others and the complex issues encountered in your life. Areas of exploration can include: Relationships, Work, Stress, Trauma, Grief & Loss, Addiction, Abuse, Psychosomatic Symptoms, Creativity, Self-Knowledge, Dreams, Life Goals, and Spiritual Development. Jungian Analysis focuses on your needs and potentials in the context of deeper meaning. Attention is given to the symbolic language and archetypal meaning of inner and outer experiences. This facilitates the individuation process, which is one's natural movement toward wholeness.
Sessions occur in a one to one office setting or via teletherapy within the state of Virginia. Sessions are generally 60 minutes in length and occur once or twice per week. Clinical dream interpretation is often used to gain deeper insights. Imaginal work and expressive arts are also encouraged. Learn more about my work through This Jungian Life podcast.
I have substantial experience working with active duty Military and Veterans. I am sensitive to the confidential, intense, and unique challenges of military service. I specialize in Men's Issues across the lifespan such as anxiety, depression, anger, aging, relationship difficulties, addiction, isolation, sexual functioning and coping with loss.
