Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) based in Illinois. I received my doctorate from the Adler University of Illinois and have been practicing for 27 years. I help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, anger or substance use/abuse issues. I provide insight into their problems and strategic techniques to overcome them and move forward to a more useful and fulfilling life
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will provide some initial tools to help relieve anxiety and fear.
