I enjoy working with clients who are willing to step into vulnerability even when it's scary and who are open to exploring creative approaches to healing. With curiosity, you can discover meaning within emotional pain and grow beyond limits you might have internalized.
I like to build a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative because I believe that you are the expert on your life. I see my role being to offer you compassion, accountability, and a different perspective as you work on the issues that brought you into therapy. I help clients participate in safe experiences that reduce stuckness.
Finding the right therapist can be a difficult process. I encourage you to stick with it until you find someone who is a good match for you. My appointment hours are Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 12:30; 2:00 - 5:00
