About
Relationships are hard, and being an emotionally integrated person is challenging. Troubles in our relationships or with our emotions make it difficult to reach the happiness we all desire. The problems may emerge from longstanding patterns, unresolved wounds from our past, or recent and current challenges we face.
Discovering healthy ways of responding to our emotions and communicating openly, directly, and confidently with others is critical to developing happier lives as individuals and with others. I am a Christian psychologist who works with individuals, couples, and families to reach their nuanced goals of shaping emotionally healthy lives and relationships.
Accompanying others working on their emotional and relationship goals is an honor and a challenge. If I am a good fit for you, I look forward to joining you in your work.
