I welcome and encourage anyone who has been affected by substance abuse, trauma, mood disorders or relationship difficulties to inquire about services. Since 2010 I have spent my life’s work providing treatment to those who are seeking relief from emotional pain caused by self or others. I operate from a place of hope as I believe it stands for 'Hold On, Pain Ends' and will spend time conveying that hope to you. Throughout the course of treatment building resiliency and empowerment, exploring identity, developing meaning in life and healing from past harms are all aspects of this process to move you towards your ideal self.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has specialized in substance abuse treatment. This experience has provided me with a unique set of skills that assist in helping those who are suffering to feel whole. I am open to seeing individuals, couple's and have a Co-Ed Recovery group to address any presenting difficulty you might want to address.
One of the major motivations for being in this particular field has been my own experience with the recovery process which started in 2013. Having experienced social and interpersonal hardships as a result of past afflictions, my aim is to provide my clients with an experience of true empathy and understanding to address issues both past and present.
