During our first session, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain insight into who you are and to analyze your presenting problem. The first few sessions will be spent on building rapport and trust along with developing a treatment plan that you see is fit to meet your needs. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
