My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a trauma-informed framework. These approaches help address unhelpful thought and behavior patterns while building emotional regulation, resilience, and practical coping skills.
