I am especially sensitive to those impacted by LGBTQ experiences.
I utilize a multiculturally sensitive approach, borrowing from ACT, DBT, MBCT, mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused therapies to develop a collaborative and eclectic style to treatment that is tailored to your needs.
