My behavioral health experiences have given me the opportunity to work with adults across the age span and from all walks of life facing all manner of challenges, including depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, grief and loss, life transitions, career/education exploration, substance use disorders, and other serious mental health disorders. The bottom line for me is that the only real expert in the therapy room is you. Who knows your life, your experiences, your needs, your goals, wants, wishes and hopes better than you? I want to help you live the thriving life you deserve.
While I am trained to use evidence-based practices, including DBT, CBT, SFBT and more, strive to meet each person where they and collaborate to put together an integrative approach that best facilitates the change they seek to make. I want to work with you to identify what best meets your need as opposed to jumping in with off the shelf solutions.
