Currently, I am working with adults with varying concerns including: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, addiction and substance use, sexual addiction and integrity, faith and spirituality, chronic health issues, OCD and scrupulosity, tic disorders, and relational and family issues.
I have come to embrace an integrative approach with individuals and couples that uses psychodynamic therapies, emotionally focused therapy, somatic work, mindfulness, and Christian spiritual integration.
While my religious convictions are deeply important to me and I believe that spiritual integration can bring about some of the most profound healing, I remain open to working with people outside of the Christian faith. My goal is to meet each client in their unique experience, to walk alongside them.
