I provide individual and couples counseling for adults. I also work with children and families on a limited basis. I will meet with you in-person at my office or virtually by phone or a secure video-conferencing platform. At this time, I am only accepting new clients on a private pay basis.
I specialize in working with persons struggling with bereavement, anxiety, depression, substance use, personality disorder, childhood sexual abuse or other psychological trauma, adjustment to major life changes, marital or relationship problems, chronic illness, disability, or caregiving.
Whatever brings you to counseling, I value getting to know you as an individual and discovering all the personal strengths, talents, interests, life experiences and social resources that you have (even if they have been long forgotten about), and conspiring with you to use these things to better your situation.
