I am an LPC (licensed professional counselor) in Virginia. Educated and trained at Wake Forest University, I am a community based mental health / mental wellness professional. My work targets issues including substance addiction, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, and challenging life transitions. I have expertise in working with clients of all ages with most of my client being families and adults (ages 18 and up). Provided online, I use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), coupled with Logo Therapy that is tailored specifically to each client's needs. I recognize that clients are the experts of their own experience.
