Working with a professional when life gets challenging can make the challenges you face a little less overwhelming. I provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I collaborate with clients to understand and motivate anyone who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, personality disorders, or transitional periods. I work with clients who have diverse backgrounds. I also work well with men and anyone who might be apprehensive about beginning counseling.
I believe that effective therapy starts with a genuine relationship. Together, using evidence-based practices, we will work to identify your personal goals that will make you more successful. Collaborating with clients to problem solve and provide them with support is a unique experience that varies from person to person.
Therapy sessions will focus on creating a safe environment where you and I can work through any past, present, or future concerns at your own speed. Adolescent Men's Group
A teen’s life is often more stressful than what adults know. While everyone experiences ups and downs, teens can experience longer and more severe bouts of depression as they are often experiencing major life events for the first time. Teen mental health issues should not be overlooked or written off as “typical teenage behavior” or something "that will go away on its own." Groups create a safe place to share individual life stories that allows adolescents to feel accepted despite the adversities they are experiencing.
