I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for teens and adults navigating life transitions, self-esteem concerns, existential questions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping people explore difficult emotions such as guilt, shame, anger, and intergenerational trauma. With extensive experience across all levels of care, I support clients working through depression, anxiety, trauma, and patterns of addictive or harmful behaviors. My approach integrates systems perspective and relational techniques to build self-worth, resilience, and lasting change.
My training as a social worker helps in particular with tracking relational patterns and dynamics and striving to understand each client within their larger context. My goal is to help my clients develop a better understanding of themselves so as to gain awareness about the path to increasing healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Adolescent Male Support Group
This group is specifically designed to support adolescent males with a wide range in topics and focuses. High school specific challenges with a focus on peer to peer connection and over coming obstacles like self esteem, conflict with family, academic avoidance, substance use, depression and anxiety to name a few. Currently this group is accepting new participants, but screening is required a head of time.
