Recovery-Oriented Solutions and Consulting, established by Joe Keifer, Psy.D, BSN, RN. recognizes that not everyone will benefit from standard or "cookie cutter" therapy. I hope to work collaboratively and create a treatment plan that builds hope and purpose, increases connection, and manages the challenges that are holding you back from doing what you love and a sense of purpose in your life.
Joe has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He worked with and received supervision from Dr. Aaron T. Beck one of the creators of CBT and CT-R. Most recently, he has worked at the Beck Institute Center for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy.
Dr. Keifer primarily provides services via telehealth to the Princeton community, but he is also licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. He is also authorized by the PSYPACT commission to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology (APIT), in any PSYPACT state. Please visit my website for more information.
