What a privilege it is to be able to be a part of your journey. I'm under the impression that human suffering is often the result of not being able to live as our authentic selves. Many adverse experiences can impact our ability to be our authentic selves, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, bad relationships, and being stuck in patterns we wish we weren't in. While many of the clients I serve are men and masculine‑identifying individuals, I am equally grateful to walk alongside people of all identities—women, LGBTQ+ folks, and BIPOC clients—as they honor their stories and reclaim their healing.
I'm trained and primarily oriented in DBT, which can be helpful in addressing communication, relationships, and emotional dysregulation. I also have a passion for working with OCD, as I'm currently trained in ERP and in training for I-CBT. I also have training in CPT for PTSD. I also utilize positive psychotherapy in promoting our inherent strengths.
