About
The beautiful thing about Counseling is that there are a number of reasons why you may seek guidance to feel unstuck, such as concerns about Anxiety, Depression or learning a better way to manage life’s transitions or to have space to address post traumatic stress. Regardless of why you contact me, the goal is to help you feel more like you again.
I have been in the counseling field for over 25 years, have an LPC, trained in both Brainspotting and EMDR, former division one athlete and am trained in many techniques and modalities to address both big and small traumas as well as trauma that may not be obvious to the outside observer.
I take pride in the ability to compassionately show up and adjust to your unique needs. I am absolutely energized by the transformative process and If you decide to take the leap and begin working with me, you will learn all about Brainspotting! My style is to use compassion, humor, and bring every ounce of my experience to make you feel like you again.
