My ideal client would be someone who is ready to engage in therapy. In the past, I have worked with clients who have a history of traumatic experiences, substance use problems, interpersonal problems, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. My ideal clients are teenage to adult individuals who are looking for support to identify and sort out the challenges that they are currently experiencing in their daily lives
Narrative Therapy is one of my most used approaches because I enjoy that it allows my clients to figure out the unconscious narrative and story that they have told themselves, and continually tell themselves, about their lives, who they are, and what has made them that way. Additionally, it gives my clients the opportunity to change their story.
I am passionate about my clients' healing journey, and I am very dedicated to identifying and strengthening skills in the client to assist in that process. Therapy is a self-paced journey that I will be there for at whatever pace feels right for you.
