My goal is to connect with my client and to help person achieve his/her goals.

I am a licensed social worker and substance abuse therapist as well as a Substance Abuse Professional. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions. I am knowledgeable in multiple addictive behaviors (alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn, food, money), planned interventions, depression, anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am client focused

I start where the client is and jointly define the issues and jointly develop a plan of action. I encourage clients to journal about feelings as stuffed feelings may interfere in the future. Most of us grow up in a dysfunctional family to some degree or another and we learn how to survive in our family of origin. We all have the POWER to CHANGE
