My clients are individuals / couples struggling with: personal relationships, family issues, career management, addictions / substance abuse, personality disorders, depression / anxiety / debilitating disorders. I assist clients in spiritual development / enhancement of life-style, using cognitive behavioral / eclectic counseling. I have counseling / managerial experience in the social services field plus 20 years business management experience in the private/public sectors. In addition to my MA from Seton Hall University in Counselor Education, I have graduate credits in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Rutgers University. I am a NJ State Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and NBCC Board certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
I seek to understand specific problems my clients are facing and assist them in exploring options and solutions to those problems. I am good listener; I will not hesitate to offer objective opinions/insights for my client's consideration. I have been happily married for over 50 years with 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
I am offering 90 minute sessions for: 1) COUPLES COUNSELING emphasizing couple styles, communication skills and commitment; 2) PARTNERSHIP COUNSELING, emphasizing Alternative Dispute Resolution in resolving business disputes between partners. These sessions are not insurance reimbursable.
