We have extensive training in mental health / substance abuse services (assessment, treatment & prevention). I hold a PhD degree in Counseling Psychology. Credentials : MAC - Master of Addiction Counselor (National), LCAS - Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and CCS - Certified Clinical Supervisor (NCSAPPB Certifications) and SAP - Substance Abuse Professional (USDOT Certificate). International Certifications : ICAADC & ICCS (ICRC). Populations served : young adults & older adults. We have experiences & trainings in Social work.
I have trained MH/SA counselors at agencies within the State of North Carolina. I worked at Duke University Addiction Program (research program funded by NIH). Since 2009, I have been providing supervision and training seminars for counselors seeking certification and licensure with the State Professional Licensing Board (NCSAPPB).
