My main training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an attachment-based approach that helps people de-escalate painful cycles and build secure connection. I also draw from the Unified Protocol when a more structured, skill-building approach is helpful. Throughout our work, I’ll invite your feedback and make sure our work is supporting change in your life.
Having lived in three countries before adulthood, I’ve struggled with my own identity and values. It was often in relationships across cultures, beliefs, and ways of living that I found resolution.
