The journey towards becoming the people we want to be is never easy. As your therapist, my goal is meet you where you are, and find out where your path leads you. This is accomplished by identifying the challenges you are facing, and finding realistic and meaningful answers to them. I specialize in existential therapy, with psychoanalytic insights, and enjoy working with teens, and young adults.
A strong relationship within therapy is the one of the most important factors in deciding whether or not care can be helpful. I prioritize building this alliance, and identifying both the successes and struggles we may face. This allows us to focus on long-term change that feels purposeful, and honest to us people.
