Things such as anxiety, sadness and even anger are experiences we all encounter that are sometimes difficult to manage. As a therapist, the work I do with clients aims to normalize their individual experience and give them the opportunity to evaluate and decide what they want to change. Change is necessary and inevitable to achieve one’s maximum potential. I also believe change should come naturally.
I like to use my 10+ years of experience to help clients maximize their potential. My goal as a therapist is to assist in developing and implementing positive coping abilities, effective social skills and problem-solving strategies that come naturally, with the purpose of improving a level of happiness and fulfillment.
My therapeutic style puts clients in the driver’s seat while supporting their goals and empowering them to make the best decisions for their desired outcome. I also offer Life Coaching sessions for the issues that are not suitable for therapy. Issues may include career changes, relationships, financial difficulties, or work/life balance.
