My ideal client is someone who desires to figure out how to be more comfortable in their own skin. By this, I mean, a person who feels that something is "off" in their mental and or emotional life and would like help exploring this in a non-judgmental, safe space. I believe we are called to peace and joy and yet so many of us struggle with fear, sorrow, regret, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma.

I have worked with clients from all walks of life, from the ages of 4 to 80. I have supported couples, groups and individuals. I have a background in Psychology, Liberal Arts, and Social Work. I am a practicing Roman Catholic and would love to incorporate the vital elements of spirituality into our journey.
