Perhaps dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills for the all too familiar stress of work, relationships, or the often needed push to find your spark and joy in life again or Accelerated Resolution Rherapy (ART) that provides an almost instantaneous relief from trauma or anxiety that stick to our body, mind, and spirit.
Through the use of DBT, we may build a roadmap to improve the way you experience life, turn down the dial on high emotions, or perhaps, turn it up when everything seems a little too dark.
In Accelerated Resolution Therapy, we work to wipe away past trauma, create new meaning, room to breath, and release the anchor holding you back from peace and growth.
