About
To me, it's a privilege to work with my clients to find the solutions that help them cope with the struggles in their lives. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them overcome struggles, achieve goals, and establish better communication. Although I help my clients work through a broad range of issues, I specialize in DBT, personality disorders and performing interventions. Additionally, I am a fitness enthusiast and love to encourage my clients to lead healthy lives in all aspects.
I am trained in various forms of social work and treatment modalities, and have a clinical background in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in law enforcement and have a special interest in working with veterans.
I work in a group that believes in meeting our clients wherever they are in their journey: if that means sitting face-to-face or through a screen, going on a hike, or sitting in the massage chairs at our on-site spa, my colleagues and I make sure the people we serve are happy, heard and comfortable.
