Hi, I’m Joseph. I’m originally from Hawaiʻi with over a decade of experience in the mental health space and hold a special place in my heart for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. I’m passionate about supporting people navigating anxiety, anger, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and career development. I offer insight-oriented therapy and am trained in EMDR, which means I don’t just listen—I help you dig deeper. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be holding you back. I support my clients in leaning into discomfort, confronting hard truths, and embracing vulnerability, because that’s often where real transformation begins.
