I specialize with working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger issues, poor self esteem, and many other issues. I can help clients to meet their full potential and learn to cope with life's obstacles and stressful situations. Through the course of therapy we will build a positive relationship where we will explore your dreams and desires and will talk about how you will achieve these things. I also focus on depressive and anxiety symptoms, among other issues, and how to cope with life's stressors.
