Are you ready to create a happier and more fulfilling life? Are you succeeding in some parts of life but feel as if you're failing at others? Is it time to care for your own emotional, and mental health? I am ready and willing to help you explore and address your concerns using a variety of mindfulness based, cognitive and behavioral therapeutic approaches. Whether struggling with relationship issues, depression, substance abuse, gender issues, or grief, we can work to create a safe space where you can explore what increases your happiness and lessens your suffering.

I use various therapeutic approaches to help you create a happier and more fulfilled life. I incorporate talk therapy, experiential practices including mindfulness and self-compassion meditation, and brain and mind science into your personalized therapeutic journey.

No one is more deserving of your love, care and compassion than you are. When you're happy and fulfilled, you'll find you're more able to share that happiness with others. You can create a better life for yourself and others. I would be honored to help you.

Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention Group

Relapse prevention program for individuals recovering from addictive behaviors and substance abuse. This 8 week program brings practices of mindful awareness to individuals who struggle with triggers, destructive habitual patterns and "automatic" reactions that tend to control too many of our lives. This program is suited for individuals who have undergone initial treatment and wish to maintain their treatment gains and develop a lifestyle that supports their well being and recovery. This program uses the MBRP approach developed by Bowen, Chala, and Marlatt at the Addictive Behaviors Research Center at the University of Washington
