I like an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. I use several techniques including supportive listening, exploration of communication patterns, reviewing of significant past and present relationships, and analyzing and resolving interpersonal problems. I will help you express your emotions, understand your own responses, how they might impact you.
Our initial session is an explorative interaction to get to know each other. It's important that we get along and there's compatibility between the client and therapist.
