I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, stress caused by Life transitions, and the consequences which have resulted from trauma. I am comfortable working with Adults, Children and Adolescents with interpersonal, social, and emotional challenges, and clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities. I believe in whole-person therapy.
I work hard in each session to guide you to a point where you leave the session with greater understanding of the power that is in you, to influence the change you seek to achieve.
