I'm so glad that you’re here, willing to be met with attuned presence, shared humanness, and compassion. Emotional overwhelm, along with anxiety, depression, and other common diagnoses, are natural responses to trauma and reflections of disconnection that with support can begin to move, soften, and heal. I will help you reconnect to a life that is more nourishingly alive, truthful, and meaningful, while tending to tender spaces. I work with motivated, depth-seeking individuals who are desiring more- more honesty, greater awareness, deeper connection, and more of who they intuit that they are.

My way in is through the body. I focus on strengthening your connection to your own body’s wisdom. I facilitate movement of unmetabolized emotions or trauma and help you deepen into your own expression. Ultimately, I help clients slow down and create openings for them to reconnect to wholeness within themselves.

I offer a balance between earth-based, spiritual traditions and holistic evidence-based practices, integrating somatic, body-centered practices to help my clients move towards connection, balance, and harmony in all realms of relationship with self and other and come closer to embodying their fullest expression.
