Couples Therapy Intensives
A Couples Therapy Intensive is an accelerated, immersive, and customized experience designed to provide a life-changing opportunity for a couple to process and overcome an urgent challenge in their relationship, such as an affair or deciding on separation or divorce. During the intensive, a couple meets with a therapist in person for 6 hours a day; and depending on the situation and depth of the challenge, it may take 1-3 days. Somatic Practices for Women with Low Libido
This group will focus on discussing the reasons for low libido in women and how to help them relax in their mind and body. The goal is to create better understanding of the role of stress on women's lives and how to address it in a way that promotes their libido. This group will include a book discussion, self-esteem, body image, and yoga and mindfulness practices. Recent research has shown how these approaches can be helpful for women wanting to improve their libido. This group will be led by therapists Elleni Huerter and Joseli Alves-Dunkerson.
