I work with individuals, couples, and families- adolescents and adults. My work often focuses on helping people navigate life transitions, with a particular passion for supporting young adults as they discover their path forward. I prioritize working with a diverse range of individuals and am committed to providing culturally mindful, inclusive care that honors each client’s unique background and identity.
With years of advanced clinical training and experience across modalities, populations, and settings, I bring a comprehensive foundation to my work. I also have specialized training in EMDR and draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, client-centered therapy, and interpersonal therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual's distinct needs and goals.
In addition, I am bicultural and bilingual, with specialized training in the treatment of Latinos. Lastly, and on a more personal note, I'd like to add that as a mother, I believe I bring both personal insight and professional awareness to challenges and transitions that come with parenting and family life.
