I provide therapy to people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life problems, family dynamics, stress, and more. I love working with teens and adults who are self-aware and determined to make the changes they want to see. You may not know all the answers, but you're eager to find them. You know it takes time and effort, but that doesn't hold you back. I strive to be an additional perspective to give you more insight into your life, relationships, and habits. I believe that you can see the changes & joy that you want out of life.
I am an affirming therapist providing a non-judgmental, supportive space for you to process your experiences + emotions. This time is all about you + your needs, so please feel free to practice speaking up when it comes to what we discuss. If you want to change the topic, do it! I would never pressure you to talk about something you aren't ready to discuss.
