My approach to therapy is relational. I believe the problems that lead people to therapy are often interpersonal in nature and I see the therapeutic relationship as the primary agent of change. I endeavor to create with my clients a relationship that does not repeat the problematic relational patterns that led them to therapy.
Though I work with a wide array of presenting issues, I specialize in helping clients who are curious to learn more about themselves. I also have extensive experience working with LatinX clients; particularly "first-generation" clients who are dealing with struggles related to cultural identity.
