About
I work with adolescents and adults who look to resolve struggles with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsions, complex trauma, childhood trauma, dissociation, and addiction. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, I work to make sessions safe, affirming, and welcoming. I meet people where they are, as the experts of their lives, and how they want to express themselves.
I learn how people see themselves and what strengths they have within them. I help clients expand on their strengths and learn more about what they want to accomplish, how they want to see themselves. My practice is a more holistic approach, bringing in not just discussion but also helping clients process and heal with the body.
