I work well with people who are struggling with to understand their emotions, have been told to suppress and forget, and feel stagnant in their lives. Individuals who ready to explore, acknowledge, accept, and resolve parts of themselves they’ve kept hidden. Lastly, individuals who are ready to put in the work to achieve their goals by utilizing mindfulness, cognitive processing skills, and changes in behavior.

I practice from a Person Centered, approach for individuals who need a space to feel accepted and supported, with compassion and empathy. Individuals seeking a nonjudgmental and teamwork oriented approach for self discovery.

My role is to observe, validate, and offer opportunity to explore the experiences you have gone through to write your current narrative, and see how we can change elements in the now, to rewrite your narrative moving forward.
