I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing telehealth in California and New Hampshire. I work with adults and couples and specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, and relational issues, using Client Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, and Brainspotting to help them realize their healing potential and start feeling better. I typically work with clients who are dealing with life transitions and present and past trauma. Many of my clients identify as Black or Latino and are used to downplaying or avoiding the tough experiences that come with living in this world as a person of color.
My style of therapy integrates Client-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy and Brainspotting. I believe no two people are alike, and I work with clients to find a path that will help them and me understand what is going on, and sometimes that means going deep into old wounds. In addition, I’ll use proven tools of neuroscience to help free the body.
My communication style is warm, approachable, and empathetic. I strive to create an environment where clients feel at ease discussing anything without feeling judged.
