My way of looking at therapy is simple, people come to me because they're experiencing some kind of pain. I help them come to terms with what that pain is, where it's coming from and how to manage and heal it.
I also integrate art therapy to help when words are not enough. My office has a variety of art materials that can help clients explore and hopefully resolve issues.
