I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working out of the Central Valley in California. I utilize a compassionate approach to therapy through the use of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I work to empower clients and help them better manage Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and other life stressors. I have worked extensively with adults, adolescents, and with the LGBTQ+ Community. The conditions I have the most experience and training in are Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Childhood Trauma, Body Image issues, ADHD, and Life Transitions.
My primary approach is creating a supportive space where clients can feel safe and heard. I understand that every client has their own goals and needs that will influence the therapy I provide. To help clients gain skills in managing and resolving their symptoms I utilize an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach.
I like to collaborate with clients in creating goals for treatment. I firstly want to know what is most important in your life, what your biggest challenges are, and what you hope to get out of therapy. From there we can establish goals for our sessions together.
