My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I incorporate psychoeducation to help you understand how your mind and body respond to stress, and we’ll develop practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, rebuild self-trust, and move toward greater independence and emotional balance.
