I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, self-harm, pet loss, family building concerns, and LGBTQ+ matters, and I bring a compassionate and informed approach to therapy. I also have experience working with those coping with emotional abuse, the deportation of family members, grief, anger management, and stress management. I utilize a range of effective therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and others.
