I support my clients in navigating life transitions, rebuilding confidence, moving through difficult experiences- past or present, and re-discovering joy. My strengths are helping clients with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I currently provide therapy to residents of North Carolina & South Carolina.
My work is blended and eclectic. I have training in several modalities including IFS and Brainspotting:-), but my goal is to simply learn what works best for you. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for lasting change—all within a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework.
Whether virtual or in person, I offer therapy that feels genuine, warm, and real. With the right fit, therapy can be healing- and also human and transparent. Women's Power and Support Group
This in-person meeting is being created as a bi-weekly women's support group. The goal of the group is to create safe community, connection, and empowerment amongst women here in the local Wilmington area. This is not a 'clinical therapy' group but will be facilitated by a trauma-informed clinical therapist. Topics will be chosen by members of the group. Topics might include mindfulness and self-care; adult friendships, dating, and intimate relationships; mental and emotional health, caregiving, and finding joy and purpose.
