I enjoy working with adults, young adults, and teens. I use a range of techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy with an emphasis on building a connection with each client so that together we can find the tools that work best for you.
