I utilize a mix of various therapeutic approaches in my practice, including brainspotting, parts work, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical-behavioral therapy skills training (DBT). I offer one hour telehealth sessions via Zoom during regular business hours to Colorado and North Carolina residents.
